My Experience
I have been in the Public and Affordable Housing industry for almost 20 years. I have been on the client side with my experience as a Finance and Grants Manager with a large PHA as well as several positions with compliance and management software, most recently serving as the PHA Financial Specialist with Yardi Systems.
I am an experienced implementation consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting and software management consulting industry. My list of certifications include: COS, RD 515 STAR, C4P LIHTC Compliance, HCV Specialist, Project-Base Accounting for PHAs Specialist, HCV Financial Management & Reporting Specialist, and Capital Improvement Fund Specialist, just to name a few. I have also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with a major in Accounting from Hawaii Pacific University.
During my many years as an active duty military spouse, I have learned to adapt quickly to change while expanding my skill sets to offer a unique perspective.
